Do you need a large amount of information from multiple stakeholders and sources to be analysed and presented, with clear attribution (who said what) and without loss of detail?
I am strong in this area, and have a conscientious, systematic approach.
I think its important to take care of the information which has come from others, maximise the utility of relevant previous work, and make project information accessible, usable and engaging.
Recent work includes:
- Scoping project reports, which synthesise and present findings from workshops, surveys, interviews and desktop research, and outline the potential for development work
- Information architecture and UX design documentation - sitemaps and wireframes, which illustrate functionality, content structure and user taskflow agreed upon by project team and stakeholders
- Documentation following an analysis exercise, to show clearly the various ways in which related information is currently being presented and managed within an online system, and how the system could be simplified
Relevant training includes:
Certified Scrum Product Owner – EquinoxIT, 5-6 July 2010. Managing project requirements using the Agile Scrum framework to maximise value returned to the business and its customers.
Systems Analysis (2nd year level Open Polytechnic paper), 2008, A- grade. Requirements gathering, analysis and modelling using UML, within Unified Process, an object oriented methodology.
Information Systems Analysis (2nd year Massey University paper), 2005, A- grade. Business process analysis and modelling, including data flow diagramming, entity-relationship diagramming. Waterfall SDLC methodology.
